ABOUT LEED
The U. S. Green Building Council (USGBC) established the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED™) standard to evaluate and rate “green” buildings. Projects earn LEED credits by satisfying requirements in five categories: sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy efficiency, materials and resources, and indoor air quality. Each category is evaluated and rated and determines the building’s final LEED™ rating: certified, silver, gold, or platinum.
The LEED process can be difficult and complex and requires the active participation of LEED™-accredited professionals. We manages the entire process for you including how the LEED™ points will be earned and who will be responsible for obtaining them. All application and documentation processes are handled completely by our knowledgeable LEED™-accredited professionals, and commissioning agents.
